The City of St. Paul embarked on a digital transformation project. VBC helped them transition from on-premise technology and upgrade systems and processes to utilizing cloud-based technology. This effort involved multiple projects. VB Consulting Services provided project management services. One transformative project was the movement from Skype to MS TEAMS for city telephone and teleconferencing services. All city departments moved to TEAMS as support for Skype ended. The VBC project manager coordinated efforts among the technical vendor, communication, and training teams, technical teams, and department testers. The upgraded TEAMS environment provided a sustainable platform for those working in city offices, citizens engaging with the city, and those working from alternate locations. We are also helping implement ServiceNow as their CRM system.
